Our Story
We started with a truck, a wood smoker, and a stubborn idea: do it slow, do it right, and folks will find you. They did. Now we have got a full restaurant on Asheville Highway, and the smoker is still the boss around here.
Pork, chicken, brisket, ribs, and bologna go on low and slow over real wood. The burgers are fresh, never frozen, smashed and stacked. Sides get made fresh every day, and the cobbler changes every week because we get bored easy.
Locals, travelers, bikers, families, whoever. Everybody eats here. Cold beer, loud flavor, friendly faces, no attitude except the good kind.
